When I plug my MaxiDiag Elite 802 into my BMW I get as far as processing data, and it will stay frozen on this screen for hours with no results. Why is it doing this?

Hello,I am having trouble with my MaxiDiag Elite, whenever I plug it into my BMW and Audi I get as far as selecting the car and when I try to run the diagnostics tool the screen just says processing data and stays like that for as long as I leave it plugged into the car. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? -

Hi, there may be problem with software on the SD card or the SD card. Please change another brand SD card with new update to check the result. If there is still problem please let us know soon or write to support@autel.com for quick reply. Thanks!
